We have two sessions coming up next weekend, Friday 10th at 1.30pm and Sunday 12th 1.30 – 4.30pm at the Tibbs Road sports field (behind the Co-op). Friday’s session is with staff from McCormick’s but everyone is welcome to join in.
At both sessions we will be planting flowering cherry trees which will look beautiful every spring (and will hopefully help to attenuate the wind which whistles across the pitches from the fields. Sorry, we can’t supply the mountains in the background of the image below!) We are very grateful to Haddenham Garden Centre who are supplying 30 cherry trees at cost price.
